360 ONE Opportunities Fund (commercially known as 360 ONE Equity Opportunities Fund, formerly IIFL Equity Opportunity Fund, IN/AIF3/12-13/0016) is a Category III Alternative Investment Fund managed by 360 ONE Asset Management Limited (formerly IIFL Asset Management Limited, CIN: U74900MH2010PLC201113) — the mutual fund and listed equity asset management arm of the 360 ONE group. It is one of India's earliest SEBI-registered AIFs, with a registration from the 2012-13 fiscal year. The fund operates as an open-ended long-only listed equity strategy targeting fundamentally strong businesses experiencing temporary challenges. Its active scheme, 360 ONE Equity Opportunity Fund Series 2, is an open-ended fund investing across market capitalisations using the proprietary SCDV framework. 360 ONE Asset Management Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of 360 ONE WAM Limited and manages mutual funds, PMS, and listed equity AIFs. 360 ONE WAM Limited was originally founded as IIFL Wealth Management in 2008, demerged from IIFL Holdings in 2019, and rebranded to 360 ONE in November 2022. As of late 2025, 360 ONE WAM manages approximately ₹7.11 lakh crore in total assets. The fund is managed by Mehul Jani (President, Fund Management) and Anup Maheshwari (CIO, Equities) at 360 ONE Asset Management Limited.
360 ONE Asset Management's listed equity AIF philosophy is built around the SCDV framework — categorising investments into Seculars, Cyclicals, Defensives, and Value Traps based on their representation in the BSE 200 index. The fund believes that attractive investment opportunities often emerge during periods of heightened market volatility and temporary business disruptions. Portfolio construction targets companies with improving fundamentals, increasing Return on Equity (ROE), and a high margin of safety. The investment universe comprises 575 stocks, with 360 closely monitored on a watchlist. The approach combines high-conviction, fundamental stock selection with a disciplined analytical framework to identify companies experiencing short-term downturns but with strong underlying value. Co-investing alongside investors reinforces alignment of interests.
