360 ONE Venture Capital Trust (formerly Scale Venture Capital Trust, IN/AIF2/20-21/0838) is a Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited (360 ONE AAM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of 360 ONE WAM Limited. The fund targets venture capital and growth-stage private equity investments in Indian technology and innovation-led companies. 360 ONE AAM was established to house the private markets AIF business following the April 1, 2024 restructuring of the 360 ONE group's alternatives platform, consolidating all Category I and II AIF mandates under a single entity. 360 ONE WAM Limited is one of India's largest wealth and asset management firms, founded as IIFL Wealth Management in 2008, demerged from IIFL Holdings in 2019, and rebranded to 360 ONE in November 2022. As of late 2025, 360 ONE WAM manages approximately ₹7.11 lakh crore across wealth management and alternatives, with AIF AUM of ₹45,473 crore as of September 2025. Sameer Nath (CIO, Venture Capital & Private Equity) oversees this fund. The fund is based at 360 ONE Centre, Lower Parel, Mumbai.
