These disclosures explain where the data on wisefolio comes from, how our editorial content is produced, and the commercial relationships that exist on the platform. This is a working draft pending final legal review.

1. Data provenance

wisefolioaggregates publicly available SEBI registration data, scheme disclosures, and information shared by registered investment managers under their licenses. Data is presented “as-is” with no warranty of timeliness, accuracy, or completeness. For authoritative information, refer to the SEBI intermediary portal and the manager's own offer documents, which prevail in case of any conflict with information shown here.

2. Editorial independence & ratings

Rankings, leaderboards, screeners, and labels are produced from the underlying data using consistent, disclosed criteria. Our editorial judgement is independent of any commercial relationship with a manager.

3. Partner & commercial relationships

Some managers are onboarded partners who can edit their own profiles. Where they do, SEBI-anchored fields remain read-only and only partner-curated narrative fields are editable, so regulatory facts cannot be altered. The existence of a partner relationship does not change how a manager ranks in independent, data-driven surfaces.

4. Past performance & returns basis

Returns shown are historical, computed from manager-supplied data under SEBI disclosure norms, and may not be net of all fees, expenses, and taxes. Past performance is not indicative of future results; refer to the scheme's offer document for the authoritative net-of-fee basis.

5. Affiliate / referral disclosure

The wisefolio Ambassador program pays rewards to members who refer others to the platform. Where content is produced or shared under that program, the relationship is disclosed. See the referral terms in our Terms of Use.

6. Third-party trademarks & logos

Logos, trademarks, and brand names of investment managers, AMCs, listed and unlisted companies, and other entities are their owners' property and are displayed for identification only. Their display does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

7. Not investment advice

Nothing on wisefolio — including manager profiles, strategy snapshots, returns, AIF scheme details, or insights — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to deal in securities. Consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decision.
