360 ONE Alternative Opportunities Fund (formerly IIFL Alternative Opportunities Fund, IN/AIF3/16-17/0286) is a Category III Alternative Investment Fund managed by 360 ONE Portfolio Managers Limited (formerly IIFL Wealth Portfolio Managers Limited), the PMS and listed-equity AIF arm of the 360 ONE group. The fund is sponsored by 360 ONE Prime Limited (formerly IIFL Wealth Prime Limited), with 360 ONE WAM Limited as co-sponsor and 360 ONE Investment Adviser and Trustee Services Limited as trustee. Deutsche Bank A.G. acts as custodian and CAMS as RTA. The fund employs a long/short listed equity strategy seeking to generate absolute, risk-adjusted returns across market conditions through a combination of directional, relative value, and special situations investing in Indian equities. 360 ONE WAM Limited is one of India's largest wealth and asset management firms, originally founded as IIFL Wealth Management in 2008, demerged from IIFL Holdings in 2019, and rebranded to 360 ONE in November 2022. As of late 2025, 360 ONE WAM manages approximately ₹7.11 lakh crore in assets across wealth management, alternatives, and listed equity strategies. The fund is managed by Gaurav Doshi and overseen by Karan Bhagat (Founder, MD & CEO of 360 ONE WAM).
