Data Sources
wisefolio aggregates publicly available SEBI registration data, scheme disclosures, and information shared by registered investment managers under their respective licenses. Data is presented “as-is” with no warranty of timeliness, accuracy, or completeness. For authoritative information, refer to the SEBI intermediary portal and the AMC, PMS, or AIF’s own offer documents.

wisefolio is a research and discovery platform. Nothing on the platform — including manager profiles, strategy snapshots, trailing returns, AIF scheme details, or insight content — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to deal in securities. Users should consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before making any investment decision.
Past Performance
Returns shown on wisefolio are historical and are computed from data shared by managers under SEBI disclosure norms. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Returns may not be net of all fees, expenses, and taxes — refer to the scheme’s offer document for authoritative net-of-fee performance and the basis on which returns are computed.
Offer Documents
Before investing in any PMS strategy or AIF scheme listed on wisefolio, refer to the issuer’s offer document — the Disclosure Document for a PMS, or the Private Placement Memorandum or Information Memorandum for an AIF. The offer document is the authoritative source on fees, expenses, lock-in periods, risk factors, and the rights of investors. Where wisefolio summarises any such information, the offer document prevails in case of conflict.
Unlisted Shares
The wisefolio unlisted-shares desk is operated on a principal basis — you buy from and sell to the desk, and shares route through the desk’s own demat account. Unlisted and pre-IPO shares are illiquid, may be subject to lock-ins or transfer restrictions, are priced on an indicative (not live) basis, and are not covered by stock-exchange settlement guarantees or investor-protection funds.
