360 ONE Asset Angel Fund 1 (IN/AIF1/21-22/1011) is a Category I AIF – Venture Capital Fund (Angel Fund) managed by 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited (360 ONE AAM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of 360 ONE WAM Limited. The fund was formerly known as Mumbai Angels Network Angel Fund-1, operating under the Mumbai Angels platform before transitioning to the 360 ONE ecosystem following 360 ONE's strategic partnership with Mumbai Angels. 360 ONE WAM Limited was originally founded as IIFL Wealth Management in 2008, demerged from IIFL Holdings in 2019, and rebranded to 360 ONE in November 2022. As of late 2025, 360 ONE WAM manages approximately ₹7.11 lakh crore (USD 79 billion) in assets across wealth management and alternatives. 360 ONE AAM serves as investment manager to multiple Category I, II, and III AIFs spanning early-stage venture capital, private equity, private credit, and real assets strategies. The fund targets early-stage and angel investments in Indian technology startups, combining 360 ONE's institutional investment infrastructure with the angel deal-flow and network of Mumbai Angels. The fund's investment team is led by Tejaswini Gupta (Investment Manager – Early VC Fund & Angel Fund) and overseen by Sameer Nath (CIO, Venture Capital & Private Equity).
