Sundaram Alternate Assets Limited (SA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sundaram Asset Management Company Limited (SAMC), which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sundaram Finance Limited (SFL) — one of India's oldest and most respected NBFCs. Incorporated in January 2018 as a separate entity spun off from SAMC, SA is headquartered at Sundaram Towers, No. 46, Whites Road, Royapettah, Chennai – 600014. With SEBI PMS registration valid from 28 November 2021 (Perpetual), it caters to the investment needs of HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and institutions. SA operates two divisions: Sundaram Portfolio Managers (SPM) for Portfolio Management Services and Sundaram Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). The firm manages over ₹3,400 crores in equity AUM and over $450 million in private credit AUM. PMS offerings include the Sundaram India Secular Opportunities Portfolio (SISOP), Sundaram Emerging Leadership Fund (S.E.L.F.), Voyager PMS, and Rising Stars PMS. AIF offerings include ACORN (Cat III), Sundaram India Premier Fund – SIPF (Cat III), and ATLAS I & II (Cat III open-ended multi-cap), and multiple Real Estate Credit Funds (Cat II).
