Darshan Engineer is an experienced investment professional with over 16 years in financial markets, including 14 years in equities and 2 years in credit ratings. His career spans leading PMS and AIF platforms including Alchemy Capital, Karma Capital, and Valuequest, with a focus on small and mid-cap strategies. He has deep sectoral expertise across consumer discretionary, auto & auto ancillaries, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and IT. Holds an MBA in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Computer Science degree from Mumbai University. Also held leadership roles in credit research at CRISIL.

Sandeep Tulsiyan is a seasoned investment professional with over 17 years of experience in equity research and portfolio management. His sectoral expertise spans capital goods, defence, consumer durables, cement, and auto ancillaries. He has been consistently rated among the top analysts in the Asia Pacific region for delivering alpha-generating investment ideas. Before joining Sundaram Alternates, he was at JM Financial, contributing to marquee capital market transactions.

Madanagopal Ramu (Madan) is Head – Equities and Fund Manager with over 18 years of experience in Indian Financial Markets. He manages an AUM of approximately ₹3,400 crores across the SISOP, S.E.L.F., and Voyager PMS strategies. He joined Sundaram AMC in 2010 from Centrum Broking as an Equity Analyst, was appointed Head of Equity Research and Assistant Fund Manager in April 2015, and began actively managing funds from January 2016. He is a qualified Cost Accountant with a Management degree from BIM Trichy.

Prashant Kutty has over 15 years of experience in equity research with a focus on financial analysis and business assessment. He has actively monitored the consumption sector for over ten years and specialises in identifying mid- and small-cap firms.

Mr. Harsha Viji presently serves as Executive Vice Chairman of Sundaram Finance Limited. He earlier served as Deputy Managing Director and Executive Director (Strategy & Planning) of Sundaram Finance and as the Managing Director of Sundaram Asset Management Company. He has a total experience of over 21 years, having worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, McKinsey & Company, and Sundaram Finance Limited. He is a Commerce graduate, qualified Chartered Accountant, and holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.

Mr. Lakshminarayanan Duraiswamy is the full-time Managing Director of Sundaram Home Finance Ltd. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Sundaram AMC till March 2019, having been with Sundaram AMC since 2009. He has over 25 years of experience in financial services and earlier worked for Citibank and GE Capital in India and Australia in risk management roles. He is a Commerce graduate, qualified Cost Accountant, and holds an MBA from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai.

Mr. Karthik Athreya is the Managing Director of Sundaram Alternates and a member of the firm's Private Credit Investment Committees. He has over 26 years of experience across principal investing, funds management, investment banking, corporate finance, assurance, and transaction diligence. Under his guidance, Sundaram Alternates' private credit franchise has grown to over $450 million in AUM. Prior to Sundaram Alternates, he led the India business of Clearwater Capital Partners (pan-Asian special situations fund), overseeing close to $2 billion of investments. Earlier roles include YES Bank, Arthur Andersen, and Rabobank India. He is a Chartered Accountant from Loyola College, Chennai, and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Ajit brings over two decades of experience across Asset Management, Digital & FinTech businesses, and General Management. He spent more than 15 years with Sundaram AMC as Chief Marketing Officer, leading marketing, product, and direct channel sales, while also overseeing the company's digital transformation. Most recently he served as Head of Strategy & Planning at Sundaram Finance Limited. Earlier career includes Cognizant Technology Solutions and BankBazaar.com.

Vinay Vinod Singhi is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in institutional sales of debt and equities, overseeing sales for AIFs & PMSs in direct and distribution capacities. He has been with the Sundaram Group for over 10 years and manages an AUM of over ₹2,500 crores. He is a distinguished alumnus of The University of Salford, UK.

Vikaas M Sachdeva is an industry stalwart with over three decades of experience in the Asset Management business. He served as Managing Director of Sundaram Alternates, driving growth across platforms, geographies, and asset classes. He has held senior management positions across marquee financial services organisations covering global and domestic sales, investment management, digital and physical distribution, marketing, HR, and customer service.
