Gaurav Rakyan is Managing Director and India Head of Rising Straits Capital, and the designated SEBI contact person for the 360 Rising Straits Capital Fund. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment management and capital raising. Prior to Rising Straits Capital, he was Managing Director at Red Fort Capital (predecessor firm to Rising Straits), successfully closing numerous transactions. Earlier he worked in business advisory and management consulting at EY across real estate, hospitality, and construction. He holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and has completed CFA Level 1. He is a Designated Partner of Rising Straits Capital Advisors LLP (LLPIN: AAC-9966).

Subhash Bedi is the Chairman and co-founder of Rising Straits Capital. He was previously Co-founder and Senior Managing Director at Red Fort Capital, where he managed two flagship funds and multiple co-investment vehicles totalling USD 1 billion deployed across 26 transactions in key Indian metros including Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.
