360 Rising Straits Capital Fund (IN/AIF2/20-21/0830) is a Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by 360 Rising Straits Management Private Limited — a joint venture between Rising Straits Capital and 360 Realtors, India's leading real estate advisory firm. Registered with SEBI in October 2020, the fund was launched to provide last-mile funding and bulk purchase of real estate inventory in stressed residential real estate projects, targeting HNIs, NRIs, and domestic investors with a target corpus of INR 100 crore. Rising Straits Capital, co-founded by Subhash Bedi (former Co-founder and Senior MD at Red Fort Capital) and led by Managing Directors Gaurav Rakyan and Kalyan Chakrabarti, brings over USD 1 billion in cumulative real estate PE investing experience across 26 transactions in all key Indian metros. Gaurav Rakyan, MD and India Head of Rising Straits Capital, serves as the SEBI contact person. Gaurav Rakyan is Managing Director and India Head of Rising Straits Capital, and the designated SEBI contact person for the 360 Rising Straits Capital Fund. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment management and capital raising. Prior to Rising Straits Capital, he was Managing Director at Red Fort Capital (predecessor firm to Rising Straits), successfully closing numerous transactions. Earlier he worked in business advisory and management consulting at EY across real estate, hospitality, and construction. He holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and has completed CFA Level 1. He is a Designated Partner of Rising Straits Capital Advisors LLP (LLPIN: AAC-9966).

Subhash Bedi is the Chairman and co-founder of Rising Straits Capital. He was previously Co-founder and Senior Managing Director at Red Fort Capital, where he managed two flagship funds and multiple co-investment vehicles totalling USD 1 billion deployed across 26 transactions in key Indian metros including Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. He launched Rising Straits Capital in November 2015 to pursue differentiated, city and product-specific real estate investment strategies.
