Pegasus Trust AIF is a Mumbai-based impact investment firm that manages the Pegasus India Evolving Opportunities Fund (SEBI AIF Category II, reg. IN/AIF2/16-17/0237), a USD 50 million impact-focused VC fund registered in June 2016. Led by Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director N. Shridhar, the firm operates from the Olympia Building in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai. The fund has made 12 investments to date, including Easy Home Finance, Lal10, Tardid Tech, and RED.Health (formerly StanPlus). The investment committee includes prominent names such as Sharad Sanghi, Prakash Ranjalkar, Suhas Tuljapurkar, and Jaya Singhania. While focused on generating financial gains, Pegasus is committed to leaving a larger footprint around the ecosystem it develops — portfolio companies are expected to operate as 'responsible businesses' generating positive impact in addition to returns. The fund's motto is 'Make it Happen' for entrepreneurs.

N. Shridhar (Narayan Shridhar) is the CEO and Managing Director of Pegasus Fininvest Advisory Private Limited and the driving force behind the Pegasus India Evolving Opportunities Fund. He has led the firm's investments in impact sectors including healthcare, fintech, and education, with 12 portfolio investments to date.
