Pegasus Fininvest Advisory Private Limited is a Mumbai-based impact investment firm that manages the Pegasus India Evolving Opportunities Fund (SEBI AIF Category II, reg. IN/AIF2/16-17/0237), a USD 50 million impact-focused VC fund registered in June 2016. Led by Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director N. Shridhar, the firm operates from the Olympia Building in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai. The fund has made 12 investments to date, including Easy Home Finance, Lal10, Tardid Tech, and RED.Health (formerly StanPlus). The investment committee includes prominent names such as Sharad Sanghi, Prakash Ranjalkar, Suhas Tuljapurkar, and Jaya Singhania. As an operating investor, Pegasus goes beyond capital infusion to actively help portfolio companies build sustainable cash flow models.
