Anil Shah has 35+ years of Indian capital markets experience. He started as an equity research analyst at DSP Merrill Lynch. From 1996 he spent about 16 years at ABN Amro Asia Equities covering Institutional Sales, Head of Sales, and Head of Equities for India. He then moved to fund management at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC in 2012, serving as Co-Head Equities and Senior Portfolio Manager, managing ABSL Flexicap Fund, Midcap Fund, Gen Next, and Manufacturing Fund with combined AUM of approximately INR 25,000 crore.

Vijay Shah is a commerce graduate and Chartered Accountant with an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai. From 2009 to 2024, he served as Executive Director, Head of Advisory and Sales, Wealth Management for Credit Suisse India, initially joining as an Investment Counsellor advising HNIs on diversified investment portfolios across asset classes, eventually ascending to Head of Advisory and Sales in senior management.

Nilesh Kagale is Operations & Compliance Head with 12 years of experience in handling operations and compliance for PMS, AIF, and International Hedge funds. He has worked with ICICI Securities, IL&FS, Citi Bank, and LIC AMC.

Mukul Deshpande is an experienced Analyst with 5 years of expertise in equity research and financial services. He has conducted research in consumer durables and capital goods sectors at DAM Capital and Dolat Capital, with a background in B2B sales at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC and an MBA in Finance.
