Capital 2B (IN/AIF2/22-23/1051) is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund registered in April 2022, managed by Smartweb Internet Services Limited — a wholly owned subsidiary of Info Edge (India) Limited (NSE/BSE: NAUKRI). Capital 2B is one of four investment pools through which Info Edge deploys venture capital, alongside Info Edge Ventures, Redstart Labs, and Info Edge's own balance sheet.
