Porinju Veliyath is the Founder and Managing Director of Equity Intelligence India Private Limited and Fund Manager for both EQ PMS and EQ India Fund (AIF). He has 30+ years of equity investing experience and is widely acknowledged as one of the most successful and influential investors in Indian capital markets, often called the 'small cap czar' by mainstream media. Before founding EQ in 2002, he had an illustrious decade-long career at Kotak Securities and Parag Parikh Financial Services. He is a prominent exponent of value investing in India and has a large following on social media. He is a graduate of Govt. Law College, Cochin.

A passionate follower of value investing, Mr. Anoop brings a thorough understanding of accounting and investing fundamentals along with an eye for detail in analysing companies. Before joining Equity Intelligence, he worked with Moody’s Analytics (then Amba Research) and Tata Consultancy Services. He is a CFA charter holder from the CFA Institute USA, holds a PGDM (Finance) from IMT Ghaziabad, and is a Bachelor of Electronics and Communication Engineering from GEC Thrissur.

A market veteran with nearly three decades of experience in equity investing, Mr. Ramakrishnan brings sharp acumen in identifying multi-bagger investment ideas early. Prior to Equity Intelligence, he was Vice President for Institutional Sales at Kotak Securities Ltd., spending 22 years in sell-side equity research, and has also worked with Canbank Mutual Fund. He holds a Master's in Financial Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Kerala University.

A forward-looking value investor, he blends analytical rigor with conviction in India’s long-term growth story. Prior to joining Equity Intelligence, he was associated with Deloitte India. He is a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute, USA, holds an MBA from IIT Kharagpur, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur.

A bottom-up investor by nature, he applies the same disciplined approach to both investing and life. Prior to joining Team EQ, he worked with Ernst & Young and KPMG. He is a CFA Charterholder and a certified FRM from GARP, USA, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baylor University, Texas.

A key member of the operations team, Litty is a logical and detail-oriented professional focused on improving organizational systems and processes. She holds a bachelor's degree in polymer technology from M.G. University and has previously worked with Federal Bank.

A Chartered Accountant with nearly a decade of expertise, she has been part of Team EQ since 2015 and ensures timely compliance in indirect and direct taxation with meticulous attention to detail.

A mathematics graduate with 17 years of experience in EQ PMS operations. She maintains high standards of performance and is highly organized and detail-oriented.

An integral part of the operations team for over a decade, Betsy previously worked with Kotak Securities. With an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, she manages office functions proactively and efficiently.

A commerce graduate pursuing CA (Final) with over 7 years of accounting experience, Dean is one of the newest and fastest-learning members of the EQ team.

A Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of expertise in finance, accounting, and taxation, Abhilash anchors the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring compliance and seamless functioning. He possesses deep knowledge of corporate governance, corporate law, and financial and management accounting.

One of the senior members of Team EQ since inception, Dixon is a commerce graduate with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting functions. He is deeply familiar with Indian listed companies and equity markets.
