We apply a private equity approach to listed markets. Through our PIPE philosophy, we identify under-researched companies with strong growth potential using deep value and rigorous fundamental analysis. We typically acquire 3–5% stakes in high-conviction businesses and add value with a strategic, outside-in perspective. Our investment horizon spans 5–7 years with low portfolio churn. Our flagship PMS strategy, Emerging Opportunities, invests in a concentrated portfolio of 12–15 small and micro-cap stocks and was launched in 2017. As of 31 December 2025, assets under management stand at ₹1122 crore with a 35% five-year CAGR. We invest in businesses we understand deeply at high-growth inflection points, prioritizing long-term value over short-term momentum. As deep value investors, we aim to buy below intrinsic value, often as the first professional investors in under-the-radar companies. We focus on promoters with proven track records across cycles and avoid new-age companies without established histories. We identify opportunities in the ₹500–5000 crore market cap range, capturing discovery premium as businesses scale. Our process includes idea generation through quantitative screeners and industry networks, in-depth research with financial analysis and plant visits, disciplined portfolio construction with staged position sizing, continuous monitoring of risk factors, and clearly defined exit strategies. Risk management includes position limits of 10% per company and 25% per sector at entry, staggered deployment of capital, deep channel checks, and investing alongside clients, earning performance fees only after a 2x portfolio return.
