Pawan is known for spotting multibaggers early, leveraging a PE-style approach to public market investing.

A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years in financial advisory, Ssuneet co-founded Equitree in 2012 to bring his entrepreneurial vision to the firm. As CEO, he oversees Business Development and Investor Relations, fostering strong connections with clients and expanding Equitree's footprint in the investment landscape. Known for his "uncommon common sense" approach, Ssuneet has successfully invested across diverse sectors and previously advised small to mid-sized companies on financial and tax strategies.

With over a decade of experience in the equity markets, Kruti brings her expertise in technical analysis and trading to Equitree, ensuring precision and efficiency in trade executions for PMS. As the Chief Operating Officer, she oversees daily operations, administrative functions, and keeps everything running smoothly. Beyond her financial acumen, Kruti has a creative side as an expert in interior design and architecture, blending analytical skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.

A finance professional with nearly two decades of experience across equity markets, private wealth, corporate finance, and real estate, Mohit spearheads investor relationships at Equitree, working closely with HNIs and family offices. Having held senior roles at InCred Capital Wealth, Edelweiss, and IndiaNivesh, he brings deep expertise in wealth management and equities. Mohit holds an MSc in International Finance from Cass Business School, London. An avid pickleball enthusiast, he thrives on strategy both on and off the court.

Based in Pune, Sudhir brings over 30 years of experience in business and finance to Equitree. As Executive Director, he focuses on investor outreach and marketing, building strong relationships and expanding Equitree's visibility within the investment community.

With over 10 years of experience in investing, Varun holds a Bachelor's in Financial Markets (BFM) and is a CFA charterholder. His expertise lies in analyzing market trends and providing data-driven insights to shape Equitree's investment strategies.

Harshil, a Chartered Accountant with CFA Level II certification and a B.Com degree, brings deep financial expertise to Equitree.

With a background in Accounting and Finance (BAF) and CFA Level I certification, Yash focuses on uncovering undervalued assets and developing well-thought-out investment theses.
