Road, Kalina, Mumbai 400098. ) Full scheme name: India Special Assets Fund III. Fund Managers: Navin Sambtani, Amit Agarwal, Kriti Ghosh. ISAF III is part of EAAA's Special Situations investment platform. India Special Assets Fund III (ISAF III) is managed by Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Pte. Limited (offshore entity). The fund acquired a 7.44% stake in Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited via Zenrock Chemicals Private Limited and related entities in a December 2025 transaction for INR 4.2 billion. The SEBI domestic AIF is the India-onshore companion. ISAF III has an 'ISAF III Onshore Fund' sibling (LEI: 254900PCY72HKAKOJU94). EAAA's IPO was filed in January 2026.

Investment Philosophy

EAAA India Alternatives' special situations strategy targets distressed and special-situation companies requiring turnaround capital and operational restructuring. The ISAF series focuses on companies with sound underlying businesses but facing financial stress, regulatory challenges, or ownership transitions, where patient capital and active management can unlock significant value. The approach includes control or near-control investments in listed and unlisted companies, leveraging EAAA's credit underwriting and operational transformation capabilities.
