ISAF III (IN/AIF2/21-22/0978) is a SEBI-registered Category II AIF — the third vintage of Edelweiss's India Special Assets Fund series — managed by EAAA India Alternatives Limited (formerly Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Limited; CIN U67190MH2008PLC182205; registered office: Edelweiss House, Off C.S.T. Road, Kalina, Mumbai 400098. ) Full scheme name: India Special Assets Fund III. Fund Managers: Navin Sambtani, Amit Agarwal, Kriti Ghosh. ISAF III is part of EAAA's Special Situations investment platform. India Special Assets Fund III (ISAF III) is managed by Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Pte. Limited (offshore entity). The fund acquired a 7.44% stake in Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited via Zenrock Chemicals Private Limited and related entities in a December 2025 transaction for INR 4.2 billion. The SEBI domestic AIF is the India-onshore companion. ISAF III has an 'ISAF III Onshore Fund' sibling (LEI: 254900PCY72HKAKOJU94). EAAA's IPO was filed in January 2026.
