Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited (CRAMC) is a joint venture between Canara Bank and ORIX Corporation Europe N.V. (OCE), formerly Robeco Groep N.V. Canara Bank is a government-owned institution with over 118 years of experience, serving over 89 million customers through 9,816 branches across India, rated AAA by CRISIL. OCE is a 100% owned subsidiary of ORIX Corporation, Tokyo — a Japanese conglomerate listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange. ORIX Corporation acquired Robeco Groep N.V. in 2013 and 2016, and it was renamed ORIX Corporation Europe N.V. on January 1, 2018. Canara Robeco Mutual Fund was launched in India in 2007, combining Canara Bank's deep banking roots and pan-India reach with Robeco's global investment expertise built since 1929. Together, they deliver strong, sustained investment performance to secure investors' financial futures. The AMC manages equity, debt, hybrid, and international funds and has a presence across major cities in India. It is registered with SEBI as a mutual fund under registration number INP000003740.
