Silky Jain is an Assistant Fund Manager and Analyst in the Equities team at Canara Robeco AMC, specializing in the Banking and Financial Services sector. She has been with Canara Robeco since May 1997 and manages/co-manages schemes including Gilt Advantage, Dynamic Bond, Short Term, Liquid, Treasury Advantage, Floating Rate, and Gilt funds.

Dhrushil Jhaveri is a Fund Manager for Offshore Investments at Canara Robeco AMC. He holds a PGDM in Finance and has 11.5 years of experience. Previously, he was a Fund Manager at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC's PMS division (January 2019 to December 2021) and an Assistant Fund Manager there (June 2017 to December 2018).

Mr. Santanu Kumar Majumdar is an accomplished banking professional with 25 years of extensive experience in banking and finance. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant by qualification. He is an Executive Director at Canara Bank. He has been associated with Canara Bank since January 2000 and has served in various capacities across branches and administrative offices. Over the years, he has held key leadership roles, heading New York branch and Prime Corporate Credit Wing. He has also served as Circle Head, Delhi before taking charge as Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) of Canara Bank. He also serves on the boards of Canara Bank Venture Capital Fund Limited, Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited, Canara Tanzania Limited, and PSB Alliance Private Limited.

Nirmala Sridhar is an Independent Director on the Board of Canara Robeco AMC. She holds a bachelor's degree in science (Honours) from University of Delhi and an MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She is an Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and is certified as a Qualified Information Systems Auditor (QISA) by ISACA. She has over 36 years of experience in the banking sector, previously associated with Bank of Baroda. She was conferred the Women of Excellence Award at the 5th National Conference on Diversity in Management in 2017. She has been associated with the Company since September 19, 2024.

Ravindran Menon is an Independent Director on the Board of Canara Robeco AMC. He holds an MBA from University of Poona and an MSc (Honours) from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS Pilani). He has over 27 years of experience in the finance sector, previously associated with HSBC, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets India, HSBC Private Equity Advisors India, and HSBC Asset Management India. He has been associated with the Company since October 20, 2023. He also serves as Shareholder Director at Bank of Baroda and Independent Director at Accelya Solutions India Limited.

Kiyoshi Habiro is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Canara Robeco AMC. He holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Tsukuba, Japan and a master's degree in business law from Hitotsubashi University, Japan. He has over 32 years of experience in finance and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ORIX Corporation Europe N.V. (OCE). He has been associated with the ORIX Corporation group since 1993. He has been associated with the Company since January 18, 2022. He also serves as Director on multiple ORIX group entities including Harbor Capital Advisors and Boston Partners Global Investors in the US, and Gravis Capital Management in the UK.

Tim Van Hest is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Canara Robeco AMC. He holds a master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Tilburg University and has completed the Commissioner and Supervisor program from TIAS School for Business and Society. He has over 21 years of experience in the finance sector and is currently the Chief Risk Officer of ORIX Corporation Europe N.V. (OCE). Previously associated with Rabobank group. He has been associated with the Company since December 4, 2019. He also serves as Board Member of ORIX Corporation Europe N.V. and Supervisory Board Member of Transtrend B.V., Netherlands.

Suhail Chander is an Independent Director on the Board of Canara Robeco AMC. He holds a bachelor's degree in arts (Honours) from University of Delhi and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has over 16 years of experience in the banking sector, previously associated with IndusInd Bank and Algemene Bank Nederland N.V. He has been associated with the Company since November 23, 2020. He also serves as Independent Director at Bandhan Bank Limited.

Agyey Kumar Azad is an Independent Director on the Board of Canara Robeco AMC. He holds a BSc (Agriculture) from Rajendra Agricultural University, Bihar, has completed an Executive PGPBM from SIES College of Management Studies, and is an Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance. He has over 36 years of experience in the banking sector, previously associated with Punjab National Bank and Bank of India. He has been associated with the Company since August 9, 2022.

Rajnish Narula is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Canara Robeco AMC. He holds an MBA from Iona College, New York. He has over 40 years of experience in the finance sector and has been associated with the Company since September 26, 2007, having played a pivotal role in building and growing the Canara Robeco franchise in India. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Alliance Capital Asset Management (India) Private Limited and Standard Chartered Grindlays Bank Limited. His role is to oversee the development and execution of strategic objectives of the fund house.

Anuradha Shripad Nadkarni is an Independent Director on the Board of Canara Robeco AMC. She holds a BCom from University of Poona and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. She has over 28 years of experience in the finance sector, previously associated with Swadhaar Fin Service Private Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, Pudhuaaru Financial Services Private Limited, and Lotus India Asset Management Company. She has been associated with the Company since November 12, 2024.

Vijay Walia is an Independent Director on the Board of Canara Robeco AMC. He is an accomplished banker with over 30 years of extensive experience in the banking industry. He retired as General Manager of Corporation Bank, where he was in charge of planning and strategy, retail and corporate deposits, marketing, customer service, and KYC/AML. He also served as Chief Vigilance Officer of National Insurance Company for over 3 years and works as an Adjunct Professor at Manipal Institute of BFSI, Bangalore.

Mr. Nageswara Rao Y is a career banker with 36 years of experience with Vijaya Bank, Syndicate Bank, and Bank of Maharashtra. He has held leadership positions including Executive Director, and possesses cross-functional banking experience in Planning and Development, IT, Risk Management, and related functions.

Ms. Pallavi Kanchan holds an MBA and has over two decades of experience in banking with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd (HSBC), Standard Chartered Bank, and ANZ Grindlays Bank. She has held leadership positions including Director, Global Banking at HSBC. She is currently an Independent Director at Axis Finance Limited and Purearth Infrastructure Limited, and a Director at Karta Initiative India Foundation.

Mr. Jai Diwanji is a practicing advocate with over 10 years of experience. He advises corporate clients in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and corporate law. He is a partner in Desai and Diwanji, Advocates and Solicitors.

Mr. Joseph Silvanus has 27 years of experience with ANZ Grindlays and Standard Chartered Bank across various geographies. He was CEO of Standard Chartered Bank in Nepal. He is the Promoter and Director of Coracle Capital Consulting and Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. and acts as Strategic Advisor to eKisanCredit, Baroda. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and MMS.

Mr. Hardeep Singh Ahluwalia has 31 years of experience with Allahabad Bank (now Indian Bank). He has held various leadership positions and rose to the position of General Manager of the Recovery Department of the Bank.

Mr. Bachina Subba Rama Rao is a seasoned banker with more than 25 years in the banking industry. He has held various positions from Branch Head to General Manager in Andhra Bank and was appointed as Executive Director in Vijaya Bank. He has handled Human Resources, Recovery Management, Credit Monitoring and Supervision, Credit Policy, Legal and Fraud, Board Secretariat, Compliance, and Inspection Audit and Supervision Departments.

Hilde Lieke Faber is the Chief Operating Officer of Canara Robeco AMC. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Radboud University Nijmegen and a Master's degree in Psychology and International Business Administration from Tilburg University and Radboud University. She has been associated with the Company since May 8, 2023. Her role is to oversee day-to-day operations including registrar and transfer agent, fund processing, investor servicing, and compliance. She has over 6 years of experience and was previously associated with Delta Lloyd.

Shridatta Laxmanrao Bhandwaldar is the Head of Equities and CIO Equities at Canara Robeco AMC. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and an MMS from University of Mumbai. He has over 19 years of experience in equity markets and has been associated with the Company since July 5, 2016. He oversees the team of portfolio managers and analysts who manage equity assets, and is responsible for developing and executing investment strategies. Previously, he was associated with SBI Pension Funds, Heritage India Advisory, Motilal Oswal Securities, MF Global Sify Securities India, Technology Network (India), and Centurion Bank.

Avnish Prakash Jain is the Head of Fixed Income and CIO Fixed Income at Canara Robeco AMC. He holds a BTech (Mechanical Engineering) from IIT Kharagpur and a PGDM from IIM Kolkata. He has over 27 years of experience in finance and has been associated with the Company since September 16, 2013. His role is to lead the fixed income investment strategy and portfolio management activities. Previously, he was associated with ICICI Prudential AMC, Deutsche Asset Management India, Misys Software Solutions India, Yes Bank, Reliance Industries, and ICICI Bank.

Ashwin Harshadrai Purohit is the Chief Financial Officer of Canara Robeco AMC. He holds a BCom from Bhavan's College, University of Bombay and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has over 27 years of experience and has been associated with the Company since December 19, 2022. His role is to ensure financial discipline and implement financial, budgeting, and strategies for the Company. Previously, he was associated with Mahindra and Mahindra Group, Reliance Industries, Reliance MediaWorks, Reliance Power, and Enam Asset Management Company.

Gaurav Goyal is the National Head of Sales and Marketing at Canara Robeco AMC. He completed his master's degree in management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (formerly University of Indore). He has over 24 years of experience and has been associated with the Company since December 15, 2022. His role is to lead the development and execution of the Company's sales and marketing strategy. Previously, he was associated with Principal Financial Group, ITI Asset Management, ICICI Prudential AMC, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Associates India Financial Services, HDFC Bank, and IDBI Capital Market Services.

Akshata Shenoy is the Chief Compliance Officer at Canara Robeco AMC. She is a Chartered Accountant and B.Com graduate. She has over fourteen years of experience in the mutual funds industry. Prior to joining Canara Robeco, she served as Compliance Officer at Union Asset Management Company Pvt. Ltd. and has also worked with Edelweiss Asset Management Company.

Ashutosh Pramod Vaidya is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Canara Robeco AMC. He holds a BCom from University of Bombay and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has over 15 years of experience and has been associated with the Company since January 28, 2016. His role is to oversee all corporate secretarial activities including preparation and filing of necessary documents with regulatory authorities. Previously, he was associated with SREI Mutual Fund Asset Management, SBI Funds Management, Kotak Mahindra AMC, Godrej Soaps, Godrej Industries, DBOI Global Services, and Deutsche Asset Management India.

Sunil Rao is the Chief Risk Officer at Canara Robeco AMC. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a BCom background and has a total of 22 years of experience. Previously, he was the Head of Risk Management at PGIM India Asset Management Pvt. Ltd. (December 2017 to January 2022) and AVP Operations and Fund Accounting at Kotak Mahindra AMC (October 2005 to November 2017).

Abhay Laijawala is the Head of Offshore Investments at Canara Robeco AMC. He holds an MCom and an MBA and has 28 years of experience. Previously, he was a Fund Manager at Avendus Capital (August 2018 to November 2021) and was Head of India Equity Research and Equity Strategy at Deutsche Bank (July 2008 to July 2018).
