Aarth AIF (branded as Aarth Growth Fund, SEBI Reg. IN/AIF3/24-25/1610) is a Category III Alternative Investment Fund registered in October 2024 and managed by Aarth Fund Manager LLP, headquartered at The Ruby, 2nd Floor, SW, 29, Senapati Bapat Marg Road, Dadar West, Mumbai 400028. The fund is operationally based at A-505, North Block, World Trade Park, JLN Marg, Jaipur 302017, Rajasthan. Led by co-founders Adheesh Kabra and Rishi Agarwal, the fund takes a research-oriented approach to identify high-impact, high-growth investment opportunities. It actively invests across listed equities, growth-stage ventures, and select private placements — with a particular focus on the SME and Pre-IPO segment. The fund has been active as an anchor investor in SME IPOs. Aarth Growth Fund aims to build sustainable wealth through innovation, discipline, and ethics, combining Adheesh Kabra's deep capital markets network and SME sector expertise with Rishi Agarwal's institutional finance and treasury background.
To generate long-term capital appreciation by investing across the medium, small and micro-cap spectrum — listed equities, pre-IPO and anchor allocations in SME & mainboard IPOs, and select unlisted opportunities. The fund follows a fundamentally-driven, sector-agnostic approach that captures discovery-stage premiums while carefully balancing risk, reward and portfolio liquidity.
Aarth Growth Fund is a Category III, close-ended AIF (vintage 2024) pursuing an MSME / small-&-micro-cap strategy. Its flexible Cat-III mandate lets it allocate dynamically across pre-IPO deals, anchor and QIB allotments and listed equities (up to 10% per security, up to 40% unlisted). The bottom-up process — anchored on the firm's AARTH framework (Addressable market, Asset quality, Regulation & governance, Timing & trends, Horizon) — filters a 10,000+ stock universe to a concentrated book, with a stated 'invest-to-exit' discipline. Since the 2 Dec 2024 first close it has taken anchor allocations in 17 SME & mainboard IPOs.
Eligibility: Capped at 1,000 investors · Minimum commitment ₹1 crore, drawn in 4–5 tranches over 1–2 years; open to resident & NRI investors, family offices and institutions.
