Adheesh Kabra is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Certified Financial Planner with over 15 years of expertise in capital markets. As Co-Founder and Fund Manager of Aarth Growth Fund, he specialises in identifying high-potential investment opportunities in the SME sector and designing agile investment strategies for sustainable growth. He has a deep institutional network and promoter relationships that allow him to validate and execute investment ideas effectively. Previously, he founded Prabhat Investment Services and AS Finalysis Ventures LLP, and served as Director & CFO of Prabhat Financial Services Ltd.
Rishi Agarwal

Rishi Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant, CFA Charterholder, and Certified Fund Manager with over a decade of experience in investment strategies for family offices and corporate treasuries. He has led finance transformations for corporates with assets exceeding ₹1,000 crore and worked alongside CXOs of wealth management firms managing over $40 billion in AUM. He is known for driving cost efficiencies exceeding ₹500 crore. He serves as a Non-Executive Director at Finaura, an RBI-registered NBFC. He is the SEBI-registered contact person for Aarth AIF.
