Unlisted shares are illiquid and carry higher risk than listed securities. Prices are indicative, not live. Read the risk disclosure.
Once your ESOPs are exercised and sitting in your demat, they are ordinary unlisted shares — and you can sell them to the desk exactly like any other holding. Unvested or unexercised options cannot be sold. Raise an enquiry, verify your holding, transfer to the desk's demat, and get paid by bank transfer once the shares are credited.
No account needed. Tell us the company, quantity and your target price — the desk gets back to you.
Only exercised ESOP shares can be sold
Only exercised ESOP shares that are already credited to your demat can be sold. Vested but unexercised options, unvested options, and RSUs that have not yet converted into demat shares are not tradable here — the desk buys shares, not option contracts. We do not exercise options for you, advise on your exercise decision, or handle any perquisite tax at exercise.
You enquire to sell
· Takes 2 minutesTell us the company, quantity and the price you're looking for. Share your demat details for the transfer.
We confirm a price
· Typically within 1 business dayOur desk confirms a buying price for your holding and agrees the quantity to transact.
You transfer shares to the desk
· Once you're readyMove your shares into the desk's demat account. Payout unlocks only once your shares are credited — the desk never pays out before shares are in.
We verify the credit
· Usually within 1 business day of creditWe confirm the shares have landed in the desk's demat and the quantity matches the agreed trade.
You get paid
· Usually within 1–2 business days of verificationWe transfer your payout by direct bank transfer to your registered bank account.
You transact with one counterparty — Prospire Network Private Limited (CIN U82300UP2025PTC233622) — with one point of contact for the whole trade. There is no stranger on the other side to chase, verify, or trust.
Before any trade is agreed you share proof of holding — a client-master (CML) or demat statement showing the shares in your name — and the desk verifies it. Nothing moves until your holding checks out.
There is no separate platform fee and no GST deducted from your proceeds. The desk's margin is built into the price it quotes you, so the amount you agree is the amount you receive.
Once your shares are credited to the desk's demat and the credit is verified, your payout is made by direct bank transfer to your own registered bank account. You never pay anything to sell, and the desk never asks you to.
Indicative prices you see quoted for unlisted shares are just that — indicative. They are often stale, based on thin or one-off transactions, and reflect what a buyer was asked, not what a seller was actually paid. They are not a live exchange quote.
Because the desk is the buyer, the number you are quoted is a firm bid — the price Prospire Network Private Limited will actually pay today for a verified holding. That bid sits below the indicative ask because unlisted shares are illiquid: there are few ready buyers, the desk carries the inventory and the risk of re-selling, and the gap between the buy price and the sell price (the spread) is where the desk's margin lives — instead of a separate fee.
The trade-off is certainty and speed against a stranger-to-stranger deal that may never close. You are free to decline the quote — nothing is committed until you accept and transfer.
Money only ever flows to you
Your payout is a direct bank transfer to your own registered account, released only after your shares are credited to Prospire Network Private Limited's demat and the credit is verified. You never pay anything to sell. The desk will never ask you to transfer a “processing fee” or any amount to release your money — anyone who does is not us.
You can verify the desk's official bank details at any time before you act.
Request a callback and the desk will confirm a firm price for your exercised ESOP shares.
Read how the desk operates and the risk disclosure before you enquire.
