Zero To One Fund is a SEBI-registered Category I Angel Fund (Reg. No. IN/AIF1/22-23/1187) managed by Zero To One Fund Private Limited, based in New Delhi. The concept of a Zero To One angel network was first conceived in 2015 by a group of like-minded professionals from diverse industry backgrounds. After formalising its structure in 2022, the fund received SEBI registration in January 2023, with a targeted corpus of ₹300 crore. Structured as a Category I Angel Fund under SEBI (AIF) Regulations 2012, Zero To One Fund is one of India's fastest-growing early-stage investor communities, with a network of over 500 angels, HNIs, and VCs. The fund targets technology-led, innovative, and disruptive ideas across sectors and geographies, focusing on early-stage startups. Its team comprises seasoned professionals including Chartered Accountants, HR leaders, Business Strategists, CXOs, and Merchant Bankers who aim to provide startups with a comprehensive 'one-roof' startup ecosystem — combining capital with mentoring, strategic guidance, and network access.
