Zenitech AIF Investment Trust is a SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund (Reg. No. IN/AIF3/23-24/1308) managed by Zenitech AIF Investment Strategies Private Limited, a financial intermediation company incorporated in Ahmedabad in 2008. The trust is sponsored by ultra-high net worth family offices of a reputed industrial group based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and operates its flagship scheme — Zenitech Investment Opportunities Fund–1 — as a close-ended Cat III vehicle targeting superior risk-adjusted returns. Catalyst Trusteeship Limited (managing assets exceeding ₹18 lakh crore) serves as trustee, and Nuvama Custodial Services Limited (backed by the Edelweiss and PAG groups) as custodian and fund accountant. The fund employs dynamic strategies including long-short equity, arbitrage, structured credit, special situations, and event-driven investments across listed and unlisted securities. The manager is part of Zenitech Group, a diversified platform also spanning NBFC lending and strategic venture capital investments. Zenitech has ambitions to launch additional Category I, II, and III funds at GIFT City, Gandhinagar during FY 2026–27, with target sizes ranging from USD 12–60 million.
