About

YourNest Capital Advisors Private Limited (CIN: U67200HR2011PTC042643) is the investment manager for all YourNest-branded AIF vehicles, including the newly registered Yournest Continuum Fund I (IN/AIF2/25-26/1919). Founded in 2011 by Sunil K. Goyal, Sanjay Pande, and Girish Shivani, YourNest is among India's best-performing early-stage venture capital firms, operating from Gurgaon. The Continuum Fund reflects YourNest's broader secondary and continuation strategy, aligned with the IVCA Secondaries Conference 2025 where YourNest was a key partner. YourNest manages a cumulative AUM of approximately US$ 53 million across three prior funds, valued at ~US$ 1.2 billion as of May 2025. Fund I (US$ 14 mn, 2012) has returned 4.6x gross MOIC at 21.7% gross IRR; Fund II (US$ 30 mn, 2017) stands at 3.2x gross MOIC and 31.0% gross IRR; Fund III (US$ 69 mn, 2021) is at 1.2x gross MOIC. The Continuum Fund I is a Category II AIF registered in October 2025, consistent with YourNest's strategy of launching continuation vehicles to manage follow-on opportunities and secondary liquidity for its portfolio companies across DeepTech sectors.

Investment Philosophy

YourNest's investment philosophy centres on 'Nurture Capital' — a distinctive model that goes beyond financial investment to provide hands-on mentoring, coaching, compliance support, talent sourcing, and network access to portfolio founders. The firm focuses on pre-Series A, IP-led, enterprise-oriented DeepTech startups (AI, IoT, Robotics, AR/VR, Edge Computing, SpaceTech, AgriTech) that address global markets with validated products. YourNest invests only post-customer validation and maintains a high partner-to-founder ratio, with eight partners actively managing 34 portfolio companies. ESG integration is embedded in investment decisions per the manager's stated ESG policy.
