Sandeep Tandon is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Whiteboard Capital, and a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry across California and Mumbai. He co-founded FreeCharge, which he sold to Snapdeal in one of India's largest internet M&A deals. He is currently Executive Chairman of Syrma SGS Technology and Non-Executive Chairman of Aavas Financiers Ltd. He serves as an advisor to notable startups including CRED, Unacademy, and Spinny. Sandeep holds engineering degrees from USC and completed the YPO OPM programme at Harvard Business School.

Anshu Prasher is a Partner and co-founder of Whiteboard Capital, with extensive experience in investment, venture capital, and debt financing. Previously, he was a Principal at Saama Capital, where he was involved in venture capital transactions and portfolio management. At InnoVen Capital, he led venture debt transactions for prominent companies and managed deal sourcing and portfolio oversight. He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow. Portfolio founders have referred to Anshu as a 'third co-founder' for his hands-on involvement.

Nitesh Vaghela is the CFO of Whiteboard Capital and the SEBI-registered contact person for the fund. He brings 24+ years of experience managing finance functions across corporates, including fundraising, M&A, financial transformation, and planning & control. He has held senior roles at Infinx, ShopX, Logicash Solutions, and FedEx. He is an IIM Calcutta Executive Education alumnus, a Chartered Accountant (ACA), and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Subodh Jalori is a Senior Associate at Whiteboard Capital with four years of experience in the venture capital ecosystem. He specialises in Finance and Accounting and is a qualified ACCA. Prior to joining Whiteboard, he held strategy and finance roles at Viacom18 and Godrej. He grew up in Dubai and has lived in Mumbai for over a decade.
