About

Avinya Capital (commercially branded as Invstt Trust) is a Category I AIF registered with SEBI as an Angel Fund in February 2023, managed by We Founder Circle Angel Accelerator LLP. It is sponsored by We Founder Circle Private Limited — India's largest angel investor network, co-founded in 2020 by Gaurav VK Singhvi and the late Neeraj Tyagi. The fund targets a corpus of up to INR 200 crore with a greenshoe option of INR 200 crore (total INR 400 crore), investing in early-stage Indian startups from pre-seed to Series A with an average ticket size of INR 3–4 crore. It is sector-agnostic, with a focus on fintech, deep tech, fintech, EV, content gaming, industrial tech, retail tech, edtech, supply chain, agritech, and consumer/D2C. The fund operates on a digital-first, community-backed investment platform (invstt.com), which pools capital from 600+ LPs across We Founder Circle's network of 25,000+ angel investors spanning 80+ countries. Portfolio companies include Zypp Electric, BluSmart, Garuda Aerospace, QPiAI, Anveshan, Seekho, and Kazam. The fund is headquartered in Surat, Gujarat.

Gaurav VK Singhvi

Gaurav VK Singhvi is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Avinya Ventures and Co-Founder & CFO of We Founder Circle. With over 25 years of experience in incubation, innovation, and startup mentoring, he is also the SEBI-designated contact person for Avinya Capital (Invstt Trust). He has invested in 100+ startups including two unicorns (PharmEasy and BharatPe), achieved 20+ successful exits, and mentored 20+ entrepreneurs. Based in Surat, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the city's startup ecosystem. He also runs Gaurav Singhvi Ventures (family office), The Financial Supermarket (360° financial advisory), and holds leadership positions in Corporate Connections India and BNI Greater Surat.

Neeraj Tyagi

Co-Founder & CEO, We Founder Circle / Co-Founder & Partner, Avinya Ventures (Deceased — August 16, 2025)

Neeraj Tyagi was Co-Founder and CEO of We Founder Circle and a Co-Founder and Partner of Avinya Ventures and Invstt. A prominent figure in India's early-stage startup ecosystem, he helped WFC become one of India's most active angel networks, facilitating 100+ startup deals in three years. He co-founded Invstt, a digital-first investment marketplace with 27,000+ investors across 66 countries, and in 2024 co-founded Avinya Ventures to institutionalise early-stage investing. He made 60+ personal investments including BluSmart, Rooter, Zypp Electric, Oben Electric, Garuda Aerospace, and Anveshan. Neeraj Tyagi passed away on August 16, 2025, at approximately 50 years of age. The wefoundercircle.com website has since published a tribute to him as a 'True Visionary' and 'Founding Director'.
