Wealthyvia Fund I is a SEBI Category III Alternative Investment Fund registered in September 2025, managed by Wealthyvia Ventures LLP, a Mumbai-based investment research and portfolio management platform. The LLP was incorporated on 18 October 2023 at C601, Link Palace, Mohan Gokhale Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai — the same address as the SEBI registration. Wealthyvia was co-founded by Pritam Prabodh Deuskar (SEBI-registered Research Analyst, INH000005397) and Krushali Sanil Jagiwala. Wealthyvia originally operated as an equity research and stock advisory platform since 2014, specialising in identifying small and mid-cap multibagger stocks. The transition to an AIF represents an evolution from advisory into pooled fund management. Wealthyvia positions itself as a team of ex-PMS fund managers and research analysts specialising in emerging companies, using proprietary frameworks including the '5GCPM' methodology and a high-performance ranking and drawdown avoidance system. Pritam Prabodh Deuskar is Co-Founder of Wealthyvia Ventures LLP and SEBI-registered Research Analyst (INH000005397). He is the SEBI-registered contact person for Wealthyvia Fund I. He holds a BE (Mechanical Engineering) and a post-graduate qualification in Portfolio Management. He has 12+ years of experience in equity research, portfolio management, and advisory for family offices, specialising in small and mid-cap multibagger identification using proprietary stock screening frameworks. Note: SEBI issued a penalty order (Feb 11, 2025) for procedural audit lapses (three missed annual audits) with a ₹1 lakh penalty; no investor harm was cited.
