Vijit Growth Trust is a SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund (long-only, open-ended) managed by Vijit Global Securities Private Limited (Vijit Global), a Indore-based SEBI-registered stock broking and investment firm established in 1999. Operating under the brand 'Vijit Growth Fund', the trust was successfully launched on July 22, 2024, with Vijit Global Securities Private Limited serving as both fund manager and sponsor. The fund is designed to provide HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors with equity investment strategies focused on delivering exceptional risk-adjusted returns. Vijit Vijay Ramavat is the Founder and Chairman & Managing Director of Vijit Global Securities Private Limited, and the Fund Manager of Vijit Growth Fund. He brings 25+ years of experience in investments, stock broking, and equity research. Under his leadership, Vijit Global has grown into a SEBI-registered trading and clearing member of NSE and BSE, and a CDSL Depository Participant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. He is a director in 13+ companies including Jito Indore Chapter Foundation and Indira Securities Pvt Ltd. He is the SEBI contact person for Vijit Growth Trust.
