VentureSoul Capital Fund I is a SEBI-registered Category II AIF managed by Venturesoul Advisors Private Limited, operating under the brand VentureSoul Partners. Founded in 2023 (incorporated June 2024) by three former HSBC banking professionals — Anurag Tripathi, Ashish Gala, and Kunal Wadhwa — VentureSoul is a specialist venture debt firm providing structured credit solutions to new-economy companies at Series A and beyond. The fund has a target corpus of ₹600 crore (₹300 crore base + ₹300 crore greenshoe option) and reached its ₹300 crore base target by November 2025. Anchor investor Micro Labs (a major pharmaceutical company) leads the LP base, alongside corporate investors Rupa Group, Glen Appliances, and HNI investors including KreditBee founder E. Madhusudan and Perfios' Omkar Shirhatti. The fund is sector-agnostic, with a focus on fintech, B2C, B2B, and SaaS companies, and has deployed capital across 15 startups including Playshifu, Zolostays, Captain Fresh, Metro Telworks, Metalbook, Mozark, and True Credits, with average ticket sizes of ₹20–25 crore and repayment periods of 24–36 months.

The firm blends prudent banking principles with new-economy sensitivity, providing growth capital while allowing founders to preserve ownership. It targets companies at Series A or beyond with proven revenue models and demonstrated business viability.

Anurag Tripathi is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of VentureSoul Partners. A former HSBC banking professional, he brings extensive experience in credit, structured finance, and investment banking. He leads overall fund strategy and investor relations at VentureSoul, and is the primary spokesperson for the fund's milestones.
Ashish Gala

Ashish Gala is Co-Founder and Partner of VentureSoul Partners and the designated SEBI contact person for VentureSoul Capital Fund I. A former HSBC banker, he brings expertise in credit evaluation and venture lending to growth-stage startups. He oversees deal origination and portfolio management.

Kunal Wadhwa is Co-Founder and Partner of VentureSoul Partners. A former HSBC banking professional, he co-founded the firm alongside Anurag Tripathi and Ashish Gala with the mission of building a value-driven credit platform for India's new-economy businesses.
