Jyoti has over 37 years of experience in the Indian capital markets including 21 years at DSP Merrill Lynch and 8 years at ICICI. He was Head of Research and Strategist for India at DSP Merrill Lynch (later BOA-ML), where he helped build one of India’s leading institutional research teams. He has consistently been rated among the top strategists in India and has served on multiple leadership and management committees. He is a B.Com graduate from Sydenham College and holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Siddharth has over 21 years of experience as a research analyst primarily covering the Banking and Financial sector. His previous assignments include CIMB Securities/Incred Capital, Religare (Head of Research), ICICI Securities, ENAM Securities and Reliance Mutual Fund. He has been highly rated by domestic and foreign institutional investors and in broker polls such as AsiaMoney and Institutional Investor. He holds an MMS from Mumbai University and is a graduate of NM College of Commerce and Economics.

Kalpesh has over 15 years of research experience across multiple sectors. Prior to Valentis, he worked with Wallfort Financial Services Ltd. as an equity research analyst covering Construction, Textiles, Plastics and Consumer Durables, focusing on small and mid-cap companies. He is a Certified Financial Analyst (ICFAI) and holds an Advanced Diploma in Taxation from the University of Mumbai.

Neel has over 2 years of experience in equity research. Previously, he was a Research Associate at ValueQuest Investment Advisors covering Pharma and Real Estate sectors. He has interned with Spark Family Office and Equirus Securities. Neel has cleared all CFA levels and CFP modules and graduated from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.

Hiral has over 17 years of experience in Equity & Capital Markets. He has worked with Cholamandalam Securities, JM Financial Services and Emkay Global as an institutional trader. His expertise includes cash and F&O trade execution as well as arbitrage trading. He holds a B.Com from the University of Mumbai.

Unmesh has over 18 years of experience in PMS operations. Prior to Valentis, he worked with Ambit Capital Pvt. Ltd. and Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd., managing operations in Wealth and PMS divisions. He is a B.Com graduate from the University of Mumbai.

Amit has over 10 years of work experience. Before joining Valentis, he worked with Reliance General Insurance Pvt. Ltd. and Sure Prep India Pvt. Ltd., handling backend operations. He holds a B.Com from the University of Mumbai.

Karan has over 1.5 years of experience. Prior to Valentis, he worked with Suresh Surana and Associates LLP (RSM Global) as a Concurrent Auditor, handling DP and CPU audits. He graduated in Commerce from S.I.E.S College of Commerce and Economics and is pursuing an MBA from Dr. D.Y. Patil University, Pune.

Sibesh has over two decades of experience in the asset management industry, primarily in leadership roles in sales and marketing. Before Valentis, he worked at IDFC AMC heading distribution through Key Accounts & fintech and was part of the Management Committee. He has also worked at Standard Chartered AMC, HDFC Bank and Bajaj Capital. He holds a B.Com from the University of Delhi and an MBA from CMD, Modinagar.
