Baidik is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience across consulting, research, and investment management. Since 2008, he has been a core member of Unifi's research and investment management team. He is currently Head of Unifi's Research (Equity) and manages the APJ, Green, and Spin-Off Investment approaches. Prior to Unifi, Baidik worked as a Strategy Consultant with the Government Reforms and Institutional Development arm of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He brings deep, non-generalist insights to his research and investment management practice.

Prithvi has a decade of experience in Indian capital markets and has been tracking investment opportunities across multiple sectors. He has been part of Unifi since 2015 and currently manages the company's flagship Blended Rangoli Fund. Prior to Unifi, he worked as an analyst at a boutique investment bank, where he handled corporate finance transactions for infrastructure projects. Prithvi holds an MBA degree from the Great Lakes Institute of Management and is an Electronics and Communication Engineer.

In a career spanning 30+ years, K Sarath Reddy, Founder & Chief Investment Officer, has led a variety of functions in the field of investments. Having started his career in Mumbai with Standard Chartered Bank, he took the first opportunity that came along to turn into an entrepreneur. He founded Unifi Capital in 2001. As Unifi's Chief Investment Officer, he works very closely with the analysts and fund management team.

Mr. Narendranath is one of Unifi's co-founders. Until recently, he was managing the day-to-day operations and in particular, the entire back-office operations of the Portfolio Management division of the company, which he built since inception. He currently heads the HR and Special Projects function of the Company and advises the Company on strategic matters. He began his financial services career in 1980. During his 20-year stint with a leading non-bank finance company, he had hands-on exposure at a senior level to equipment leasing, hire purchase, and credit cards. Functionally, he has handled business development, client relationship, capital raising, compliance and back-room operations. He was born on 18th November 1953 and has a master's degree in Economics from Madras Christian College.

Maran is one of Unifi's co-founders and currently holds the position of Executive Director. Starting his journey in capital markets in the early 90s, he has worked with some of the leading names in the financial markets. He currently manages some of Unifi's key client relationships and has been instrumental in spearheading Unifi's initiatives into niche investment strategies and new geographies. His passion for granular details about the Indian economy and consumption patterns helped develop thematic investing styles far ahead of their time. He is a sought-after speaker in academic and industry forums.

Sandeep is the co-founder of Peepul Capital. Prior to the launch of Peepul Capital in 2000, he had 15 years of experience in Strategy Consulting with PriceWaterhouse in San Francisco and with Andersen Consulting in London. He has been one of the early participants in the rapidly evolving Indian private equity industry, having been active for over twenty years. He takes overall responsibility in defining and executing Peepul Capital's strategy, having spawned and built a number of entities as well as driven migration through their lifecycles.

Christopher Vinod is one of Unifi's Co-Founders and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai, and brings over 30 years of experience in capital markets. Chris leads National Sales and Business Development and is responsible for managing client relationships with several HNIs and corporate leaders. As CEO, he is actively involved in Unifi's operational, technological, process, risk, and compliance functions.

Sandeep is a Chartered Accountant with 8 years of experience in investment research, auditing, and taxation. At Unifi, he looks for investment opportunities in the financial sector, primarily Banks & NBFCs, and manages the Insider Shadow Fund (ISF). Sandeep has earlier worked at Nomura, ICICI Securities, and Elara Capital.

Deepak covers the universe of Consumer Discretionary, Building Materials, and Internet sectors. He also tracks IPOs and new-age companies that have recently been listed. He is a CFA charter holder and has completed a Bachelor in Management Studies from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. He has 5 years of work experience in Equity Research at Unifi Capital.

Ahmed has been with Unifi since 2019 and tracks the breadth of India's chemicals and pharmaceutical firms. Deeply passionate about the sector and business models, he is always on the lookout for n-1 connections in the value chain. He assists the Blend fund manager in execution and administration. A commerce graduate and CFA charter holder, he is currently pursuing the FRM Certification.

Shreyaa is a Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in financial due diligence, capital markets, corporate finance, and statutory audit. She is part of Unifi's fixed income team that manages the High Yield AIF & PMS. Key responsibilities include research of debt and arbitrage investments and performance monitoring of investee companies. Prior to Unifi, she was part of Deloitte's M&A Transaction Services team carrying out buy-side and sell-side due diligence on growth and late-stage companies in financial services. She is pursuing the CAIA and CFA programs.

Harsh started his career at Unifi 14 years ago and has had different roles across a range of functions. He was part of Unifi Chennai, moved to Mumbai in 2012 to set up the Mumbai Branch, and in 2016 was instrumental in setting up the Delhi Branch. Currently based in Delhi, he heads Business Development for the North region and manages client relationships across HNIs, Corporates, and Institutional partnerships.

Sheetal brings 21+ years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Unifi Capital in 2022 and is responsible for Gujarat, Maharashtra (excl. Mumbai), Goa, and the IFA channel for Mumbai. She started her career with Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services Ltd., then worked at HDFC Bank and Citi Smith Barney. She spent 12+ years at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC as a Business Development Manager in the Alternate Assets (PMS & AIF) vertical. She holds a PGDM in Business Management specialising in Finance.

Cherag is a seasoned management professional with a career spanning over two decades. He has held various roles at Citi Group, Titan Co., SBI Mutual Fund, Sundaram Mutual, and Royal Sundaram GI across different geographies in India. At Unifi, he manages client and partner relations for the West (Maharashtra excl. Mumbai, Gujarat, Goa, and Madhya Pradesh). He is an avid traveller, reader, amateur food blogger, and Reiki healer.

Prabhakar Pamidikondala is the operational head of Unifi's Hyderabad branch. He has been with the company since its inception and was instrumental in fostering the growth of the Hyderabad branch. He brings more than 25 years of experience in capital markets and is responsible for managing client relationships in his region. Prior to Unifi, he worked with leading NSE/BSE Members and Merchant Bankers.

Chandni is part of the core team of Unifi, Mumbai. She has been part of Unifi's foray into Western India since 2011 when the branch was set up. She brings more than a decade of experience in managing client advisory and relationships across HNIs & Corporates. Chandni is a certified CFP and holds a Masters in Banking and Finance from Sydenham College, Mumbai.

Nisha is a CFA Charter Holder with more than 10 years of experience across corporate strategy, investor management, and investor relations. Prior to Unifi she had been with Quess Corp and Four-S Services. Nisha joined Unifi in 2018 and is part of the Sales and Portfolio Review Team in Mumbai. She also manages large partner relationships. Nisha holds an MBA from Kirloskar Institute and an Economics Honours degree from Delhi University.

Minal Kabra Malpani joined the Unifi Sales team as Vice President at the Mumbai office. She brings 14 years of work experience across client relationship management, financial advisory, and wealth management. She has worked with Aditya Birla Capital–Wealth, Motilal Oswal Private Wealth, and IIFL Wealth. Minal holds an MBA in Finance from IES MCRC Mumbai, PGDFM from NMIMS Mumbai, and B.Com from N.M. College Mumbai.

Jackson has been in the financial services vertical for 14+ years, primarily in wealth management, advising HNI and UHNI clients across various asset classes. Prior to joining Unifi, Jackson was with Kotak Securities Ltd. as a Senior Wealth Manager, and has also been associated with ICICI Securities and Aditya Birla Money. Jackson holds an MBA in Marketing from Chetana Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.

Dhaval Dave is a Senior Relationship Manager at Unifi managing clients and partners in the Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat regions. He holds an MBA from L.N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research and has 10 years of experience in equity advisory. His earlier stints include Angel Broking and Edelweiss Financial Services.

Aswath holds a B.Com with specialisation in Finance and Accounting from Vivekananda College. He has a keen interest in financial markets and is passionate about value investing. His prior experiences include working as an Analyst at Ernst & Young and as an investment advisor. He is a CFA Level 1 candidate and has completed various NISM certifications.

Satyanarayan Maurya has been associated with Unifi since 2021 and manages HNI/UHNI client and partner relationships in the Hyderabad region. Prior to Unifi, he worked as a Wealth Manager at ICICI Bank Wealth Management and as a Research Associate at S&P Global. He holds a PGDM in Finance from IMT-Hyderabad and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur.

Sales and management professional with more than 15 years of experience across Wealth Management, Capital Syndication, and International Tax Compliance. His career includes impactful roles at Goldman Sachs Asset Management India Ltd., Amicorp Advisory Pvt. Ltd., and HDFC Bank Ltd. Santheep holds a PGDM in Finance & Marketing from SDM-IMD, Mysore.

Dhruv manages direct relationships at Unifi Capital in the Delhi-NCR region and also manages client portfolio reviews. He has over 6 years of work experience across market research, wealth management, and asset management. Previously, he managed over $350 million of AUM across large family offices. He holds a PGDM degree from the National Institute of Financial Management.

Govindarajan has been with Unifi since its inception in 2001 and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. Possessing two decades of experience in the Capital Markets, he heads the Accounts & Finance functions and holds the additional responsibility of managing the firm's Back Office Operations. He also serves as the firm's Principal Officer for Anti-Money Laundering surveillance.

Kumar has been with the firm for 13+ years managing Accounts & Finance functions. He also assists in AIF Fund accounting, HR, and certain back-office activities. Prior to Unifi, Kumar was with IFCI, a leading Term Lending Financial Institution, for 22 years in various capacities. Kumar is a commerce graduate and a Chartered Associate of IIB.

Varthamanan G assists the CFO and manages Accounts and Taxation for the PMS segment of Unifi. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than two decades of experience in finance, accounts, audit, costing, secretarial work, and direct and indirect taxation across manufacturing and service sectors. Prior to Unifi, his last stint was with Titanium Equipment and Anode Manufacturing Company Ltd. (TEAM).

Vidhya is a BSc ITM and CA Inter with over 10 years of experience in accounting and auditing. Prior to Unifi she was with an accounting firm handling audits for manufacturing and other varied industries. She has been with Unifi since 2014, working in the PMS operations department handling PMS accounts.
