Twin And Bull India Fund is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by Kadambi Prabhu Family Service Private Limited, the family office investment vehicle of Ajit Prabhu and Ajay Prabhu — the brothers who co-founded and lead QuEST Global, one of India's largest engineering services companies with a global presence. The Twin and Bull Family Office was established in 2019 to invest in profitable ventures, manage multi-generational wealth, and pursue philanthropic initiatives through the Ajit Prabhu Foundation. The family office operates from Trifecta Adatto on Whitefield Main Road, Bengaluru, and maintains offices in Singapore and the USA. The AIF is the investment vehicle through which the family office deploys capital into private markets. The family office investment team includes a portfolio management and asset allocation function, an operations and finance function, and a legal and compliance function. Category II AIF structure enables the family office to participate in private equity and structured investment opportunities alongside other investors.

Ajit Prabhu
Founder (Family Principal)
Ajit Prabhu is the Co-Founder and CEO of QuEST Global, a global engineering services company. He holds an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University (ODU), and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University. He is a member of the Livingston W. Houston Society at RPI and is in the Mechanical Engineering Hall of Fame at ODU. The Twin & Bull Family Office is his means of building a sustainable multi-generational enterprise alongside his philanthropic ambitions.
Ajay Prabhu
Founder (Family Principal)
Ajay Prabhu is the President of Technology Services at QuEST Global and Chair of the NASSCOM Engineering R&D (ER&D) Council. He holds an MS and PhD from the University of Massachusetts and a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NITK Surathkal. He is an active angel investor and director of the Twin & Bull Foundation's outreach initiatives.
Ramakant
Head of Family Office — Portfolio Management
Ramakant manages the Twin & Bull Family Office and is responsible for portfolio management, asset allocation, deal sourcing, and investment evaluation. A qualified Chartered Accountant with two decades of corporate experience across India, the US, and Europe, he focuses on building a cash-generative, well-diversified, high-impact portfolio and has expertise in capital allocation, estate planning, and wealth management.
Janardhan Rao
Head of Finance & Operations
Janardhan Rao oversees and operationalises all internal activities within the Twin & Bull Family Office, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, cost control, and global taxation. He is a corporate finance professional with over two decades of experience across India and the Middle East, covering treasury, accounting, global taxation, corporate due diligence, and investor relations. He is the SEBI contact person for the AIF.
