At True Beacon, he heads investor relations and wealth management for UHNI families, managing client advisory and capital raising activities. He focuses on building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored wealth solutions. He is also a passionate coffee enthusiast and you will often spot him exploring new cafes. Sankaranarayanan leads quantitative strategies at True Beacon and manages the long-only portfolio. He brings 12+ years of investment experience from firms like Motilal Oswal AMC, Alpha Alternatives, MSCI, and Indxx. He loves staying active by playing badminton. With over 21 years of experience in Indian equity markets, he specializes in options trading, proprietary fund management, and building high-performing trading desks, having led teams and advised FIIs and institutional clients at leading domestic brokerage houses. Swarnava leads the technology team at the firm, with over 5 years of experience building software. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and has a strong passion for optimizing and building systems that scale. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, street photography, and grooving to occasional rock concerts. At True Beacon, Lisa leads business development, client relations, and strategic initiatives. She has been an integral part of the firm for over five years and is a fitness enthusiast who values a healthy lifestyle. Sneha is the Vice President (VP) of Investor Relations at True Beacon, where she spearheads client engagement and communication strategies. She unwinds with a good book and is an avid reader. Investing in India’s markets since age 17, he co-founded Zerodha to revolutionize trading and is the youngest Indian in the Giving Pledge. From RAF combat helicopter pilot to Master of Household for the Royal Family, he now advises 250 UHNW families at a top private bank. Rooted in Puzzolana’s legacy, he champions PE & VC, co-founding Gruhas in 2021 to bring tech-led innovation to construction and real estate.
