Ashish brings over 17 years of extensive experience in Asset & Wealth Management, having served as a Private Banker for over a decade with ICICI Securities Private Wealth, Yes Bank and 6+ years with Nippon India Asset Management – Alternative Investments business development across North India. Before joining TCG Group, he worked with Diligenta in Scotland, UK as a complex defined contribution pension service Advisor for Lloyds Bank – Scottish Widows.

Ashwini is an experienced professional with over 7 years of expertise in sales support, business coordination, and customer service across various industries, including investment management, financial services, and automotive. She has demonstrated strong skills in client management, process coordination, and data analysis. She hold MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University and have contributed to leading organizations such as ASK Investment Managers Ltd, Geojit BNP Paribas, and Manipal Hospital.

More than 20 years of experience in asset management industry across Sales, Business Development, Product, Operations, Legal & Compliance functions. Prior to joining TCG group, Gopal was working as Head – Business Development, Sales & Product at Nippon Life India Asset Management for their Alternative business.

Jai looks after our business development and sales function for the North region. He has expertise in relationship management, sales & marketing, business development, alliances and channel sales based. Previously, he has worked with Fidelity Worldwide Investment, L&T, BOI AXA, Nippon India, YES bank and in private equity space.

Nilanjan has around 25 years of experience, of which 20 were as a sell-side analyst. He has covered banks and financial institutions across Europe and India during his stint at Lehman Brothers, Jefferies and Nomura. His investment philosophy is to buy good profitable companies or companies in temporary downturns when it is cheap and to ride the entire upcycle. He also likes to keep an eye on emerging macro or valuation trends. Prior to his sell-side stint, he worked at Polaris writing security software for banks. Nilanjan holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) from IIT Kanpur.

Rahul is a part of the investments team and is a seasoned buy-side equity research analyst specializing in Indian equities. His professional journey includes working with both Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and family offices, where he has honed his skills in market analysis, investment strategy, and portfolio management. He is a CFA Level 3 candidate.

Shahzad has more than 30 years of industry experience across the investment management & the financial services sector. Shahzad has held varied responsibilities, which include heading equity research, managing equity portfolios, growing and managing the PMS and Alternate Investment Business. Prior to joining TCG AMC, Shahzad was the Head of Alternative Investments at Nippon Life India Asset Management, where he was instrumental in introducing various asset classes including, Real Estate, High Yield Credit and Venture Capital, in addition to public equities. Prior to joining Nippon India, Shahzad was Executive Director at ICICI Prudential AMC.

Siddharth is a financial services professional with a decade year of experience in the Asset Management, Broking industry. Prior to joining TCG, he has held key roles at Manipal finance, Ambit Asset Management. With strong in-depth market knowledge, he loves to learn and hard work in his roles. Siddharth holds a master degree in Finance from Mumbai. He loves to read, travel on long trips.

Vaibhav Chechani is an Equity Research Analyst with over six years of experience in sell-side institutions, specializing in the IT and IT-enabled services sector. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Mohanlal Sukhadia University. Prior to joining TCG AMC, he was associated with Nirmal Bang. Vaibhav has a strong interest in understanding diverse markets and global developments. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring, reading non-fiction, and practicing yoga.

Vishal has more than 20 years of experience in equities across buy-and-sell side organizations, covering multiple sectors. Before joining TCG AMC, he worked with prestigious firms like Avendus, Enam, Jefferies and Citi. He has a keen interest in movies and loves to listen to music. In his spare time, he likes to read and travel with his family. Vishal likes structural stories with a long runway for growth. He likes to buy such ideas at reasonable valuations and hold them for the long term. He holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) from IIT Bombay.

Vivek Ganguly is an investment professional with 25 years of experience in Indian equities, largely in listed equities and briefly (2007-2010) in the PE space. Vivek’s investment methodology can best be described as research & process driven, disciplined and patient. He is a practitioner of Krav Maga, an Israeli martial art form and Yoga. Loves travelling to less discovered places.
