The fund is sponsored by Systematix Corporate Services Limited (NSE/BSE listed; CIN L91990MP1985PLC002969), which has committed INR 10 crore as sponsor. The fund invests in SME and early-growth companies, focusing on pre-IPO, SME exchange listed, and high-growth SMEs. Systematix Group is a full-service financial services conglomerate encompassing broking (NSE/BSE/MSEI/MCX/NCDEX), depository services, PMS, investment advisory, NBFC operations, and venture capital.
