Strugence Social Venture Fund

Strugence Social Fund is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by Strugence Capital Advisors LLP. The fund is positioned as a credit-focused investment vehicle providing structured debt financing solutions to Indian businesses, particularly in the mid-market segment. It aims to address the funding gap faced by companies that may not have adequate access to traditional bank financing or prefer non-dilutive capital. The manager focuses on identifying opportunities with strong cash flow visibility and collateral-backed structures, enabling downside protection while delivering risk-adjusted returns to investors. Given its early registration vintage (2015), the fund is part of the first generation of India’s AIF credit ecosystem, operating in a space that has since evolved significantly with increasing demand for private credit.
