SC Founders Trust (SEBI Reg. IN/AIF2/23-24/1382) is a Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by She Capital LLP, India's leading diversity-focused venture capital firm founded by Anisha Singh in 2017. She Capital invests in early-stage, high-growth startups founded or co-led by women across sectors including consumer tech, D2C, beauty tech, edtech, and healthtech. The fund (branded SC Founders Fund) is the second institutional vehicle following She Capital's debut angel fund, formalising the firm's AIF structure registered with SEBI in November 2023. She Capital has backed category-defining companies including Clovia — acquired by Reliance Retail in one of the largest all-cash deals in Indian fashion — Baker's Dozen, Ellementry, BrainSight.AI, Yuva Kabaddi, Samosa Singh, SuperHire, Trezi, HairOriginals, JioVio Healthcare, and Yatrikart. The firm also runs Together, India's largest invite-only founder-investor forum for women, bringing together 8,000+ female founders. She Capital operates from 25 Palam Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. Anisha Singh serves as Founder and Managing Partner, bringing her experience as the founder and former CEO of Mydala (India's largest local services platform, 200+ cities) and Kinis Software (acquired by Obeo, US).
She Capital invests with a thesis that women-led and women-co-led businesses are fundamentally underfunded relative to their performance potential, and that backing diverse founding teams produces superior, more sustainable returns. The firm focuses on early-stage (pre-seed to Series A) consumer and B2B companies where a female founder or co-founder is central to the vision. Investment criteria prioritise capital-efficient models with clear paths to profitability, strong brand-building fundamentals, and founders who demonstrate resilience and domain expertise. Beyond capital, She Capital provides active portfolio support, community access through the Together platform, and founder-to-founder connectivity across its 8,000+ member network.

Anisha Singh is the Founder and Managing Partner of She Capital, India's leading diversity-focused VC fund. She is the creator of Together, the largest invite-only forum of female founders and investors in India (8,000+ members). Previously, she was Founder and CEO of Mydala, one of India's largest local services marketing platforms (200+ cities, UAE, and South Asia). Before that, she founded Kinis Software Solutions, a US real estate digital content company acquired by Obeo. She started her career with the Clinton Administration's Springboard initiative for women entrepreneurs. Anisha holds an MA and MBA from American University, Washington DC. She is President of the Jury (Asia-Oceania) for the Cartier Women's Initiative Awards and was a judge on Amazon Prime's Mission Start Ab. She has been named among the Top 7 women CEOs outside the US by Crunchbase (2018) and the Top 100 Global Diversity Leaders (2019).
