About

SCP India Fund I (SEBI Reg. IN/AIF1/15-16/0198) is a Category I Alternative Investment Fund managed by SCP India Advisors LLP (LLPIN: AAD-5976), the Indian advisory and management arm of SeaLink Capital Partners (SCP) — an India-focused middle-market private equity firm. SeaLink Capital Partners focuses on high-potential, mid-sized Indian companies in select industries, with a particular emphasis on healthcare and life sciences (hospitals, diagnostics, dental care), technology-enabled services, and specialty manufacturing. SCP's debut fund raised over $315 million against a $250 million target, representing a successful oversubscription. SCP India Advisors LLP was incorporated on 23 March 2015, and the AIF was registered with SEBI on 14 January 2016.
