IN/AIF2/23-24/1383) is a Category II AIF managed by Shimmer Investment Private Limited, established by a prominent business family with a longstanding legacy in India's steel industry — the Goel family (mentors: Anand Goel and Pranav Goel), whose affiliation with Goel TMT (a Raipur-based steel manufacturer) is reflected in the SEBI contact email domain.
