Sathguru Catalysers Trust is a SEBI-registered AIF managed by Sathguru Catalyser Advisors Private Limited (CIN: U65993TG2016PTC109579, incorporated May 2016, ROC Hyderabad), a dedicated impact investment platform sponsored by Sathguru Management Consultants (SMC) — a premier consulting organisation with 40+ years of expertise across life sciences, agribusiness, and food. The fund invests in innovation-led, sustainability-focused, market-ready enterprises that enhance efficiency, resilience, and well-being across agriculture, food, and healthcare. The fund has launched two schemes: (1) Innovation in Food & Agriculture Fund (IFA Fund) — a sector-focused growth fund investing in technology-driven enterprises in food and agribusiness; and (2) Inclusive Life Sciences Fund — a second fund focused on niche innovation assets in India's life sciences sector.
