He worked at Tata Motors before co-founding Omnesys, a leading order and risk management software company for traders and brokers, which was later acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2013. With more than 25 years of active market experience as an investor and trader, Athul combines deep market understanding with strong technology expertise. He has been instrumental in building quantitative systems and proprietary tools that power Samvitti’s fund management processes.

Shivaram Kamath is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of capital market experience. He has been associated with the investment world across multiple market cycles since the 1980s and was an active member of the erstwhile Mangalore Stock Exchange. His extensive experience in broking and investing supports the firm’s stock, sector and management analysis processes.

Prabhakar Kudva is a co-founder of Samvitti Capital with over 20 years of market experience. His investment philosophy centers on identifying high-growth businesses with scalable potential. He has been recognized among the ‘40 under 40’ Investment Managers by AIWMI. A computer science engineer and business management graduate, he blends technology, business insight and market expertise. He has consistently delivered strong performance, outperforming indices over long investment horizons.

Mr. J.P. Nayak is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering from the UK. He joined Larsen & Toubro Ltd in 1965 and served in diverse leadership roles before joining the Board as Executive Director in 1995. He retired in 2011 after nearly five decades of professional experience across infrastructure, construction, mining and manufacturing sectors, bringing deep strategic and business expertise to Samvitti.

Mr. Vasudeva Kudva is an accomplished businessman with over 30 years of experience working with reputed brands such as ACC, Asian Paints, V-Guard and Crompton Greaves in the Mangalore region. He brings versatile entrepreneurial experience along with disciplined long-term investing insight developed over multiple market cycles.

Mr. Subraya M Pai is Executive Director of the Bharath Group, an 85-year-old conglomerate headquartered in Mangalore. The group operates across diverse verticals including real estate, automobiles, retail, multiplex cinemas, printing and strategic investments. He oversees production, quality control and strategic investments, and serves as Chairman of Bharath Auto Cars, authorized dealers for Maruti Suzuki in Mangalore.
