Abhishek Goenka
Abhishek is the Managing Partner at RPSG Capital Ventures. Based out of Gurugram, he is an avid believer in the Indian consumer story. He brings two decades of experience across investments and M&A, and loves brainstorming with entrepreneurs over a cup of coffee. Prior to this, he was part of the investments team at True North and JP Morgan. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst by qualification. When not working, he loves traveling to lesser-explored destinations and trying his hand at cooking (results vary)
Divyam Kukreja
Divyam is a member of the Investments Team at RPSG, bringing in rich past experience inInvestment Banking and Equity Research. In his previous role, he was involved in fundraising andinvestor relations at a climate tech startup. Divyam has cleared CFA Level 2 and completed his graduation in Economics from Maharaja Agrasen College, Delhi University. When not working, he enjoys reading books on business, psychology or spirituality. He is an avid cricket fan and follows test cricket religiously.
Gaurav Bindal
Gaurav is the Chief Financial Officer at RPSG Capital Ventures. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he brings with him over 19 years of extensive experience in Financial Management across industries such as Venture Capital, Information Technology, FMCG, and Consultancy. His areas of expertise include Strategic Financial & Tax Planning, Controllership and Business Partnering, Governance, Internal Controls and Risk Management, Cross-functional Leadership & Operational Excellence and Transaction Structuring. He has previously worked with renowned organizations such as E&Y, ITC, XSEED, and Orios Venture Partners.
Hersh Gulati
Hersh is a Principal at RPSG Capital Ventures and is based out of Gurugram. He has over 11 years of experience across Investment Banking and Venture Capital. He has previously worked with Blume Ventures, First League Ventures, and Ernst & Young. A strong believer in the startup story, Hersh is dedicated to helping young founders grow and impact everyday lives. He holds an MBA in Finance from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Com (Honours) degree from Delhi University. When not working, Hersh loves to mix songs on his DJ console at home or paint a landscape if he is looking to unwind

Khushbu Nagpal

Raghav Monga
Raghav is part of the Investments Team at RPSG Capital Ventures. Previously, he worked at ZS as a business consultant across multiple practice areas, including forecasting, strategy, and analytics. He graduated in Economics from Hansraj College and has also cleared CFA Level 1 and FRM Level 2. Outside of work, he enjoys music and learning different instruments. He has been beatboxing since high school and was the conductor and beatboxer for his college a cappella group.
Sambit Dash
Sambit is a Partner at RPSG Capital Ventures, and has marketing experience of over a decade with Mamaearth, Nestle, and Taco Bell. A strong believer in brands building trust and emotional relationships with consumers beyond providing quality innovative products, he started his career with NESTEA and NESCAFE where he led P&L and communication. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he went on to head marketing for Taco Bell in India and Sri Lanka. His next stint was as head of marketing at Mamaearth, where he played a pivotal role in shaping Mamaearth's brand positioning, implementing their unique influencer marketing strategy, launching several large-scale campaigns.
Vaishali Mahajan
Vaishali is a member of the Finance team at RPSG Capital Ventures, having experience in areas of Direct Taxation, Accounting & Auditing. Previously she worked as an Associate at SGAP & Co. Vaishali is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Com (Honours) degree from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce. When not working, she loves to take nature walks and likes playing badminton.
Vanshika Bagrecha
Vanshika is part of the execution team of the Fund and also works on origination of new deals. In her previous stints, she was a part of the portfolio valuations team at Kroll and also worked with Money Management India researching on Alternative Investments and creating blog reports. Vanshika has cleared CFA Level 2 and graduated from Kirorimal College, DU. She enjoys reading mystery thriller and sketching in her spare time.
