The fund is managed by PI Investment Advisory LLP, the investment management arm of the Premji Invest group. Prior to his current role, TK was Vice Chairman & CEO of Wipro Ltd, where over three decades he built and scaled multiple successful businesses including Wipro Eco Energy, Business Process Services, Media, Telecom, and Consulting divisions. He is a recipient of the 2014 Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Leadership Award.

Ravi Kiran Vadapally is a seasoned finance professional with over 24 years of experience spanning investments, enterprise risk management, internal audit, financial planning and analysis, revenue assurance, and controllership. At Premji Invest he serves as a designated partner on multiple Pi Opportunities AIF vehicles. He also serves as a director on the boards of Azim Premji Trustee Company Pvt Ltd and Azim Premji Trust Services Pvt Ltd. Previously, he held several key positions at Wipro Ltd, including Chief Risk Officer, Chief Internal Auditor, and CFO of the Global Delivery Organization.
