Siddharth Vora is one of India's youngest and most innovative fund managers and the pioneer of quantitative investing within the PL Capital Group. He spearheaded PL's foray into Quantitative Research and Asset Management after joining PL in 2016. He heads the Quantitative Investment Strategy division and is the Fund Manager for all the group's Portfolio Management Services (PMS) strategies. He is also the Executive Director of Prabhudas Lilladher Private Limited. He has created two path-breaking PMS strategies: AQUA (Adaptive, Quantitative, Unbiased, Alpha) — India's first style-agnostic and style-adaptive flexicap PMS — and MADP (Multi Asset Dynamic Portfolio) — India's first multi-asset PMS deploying quantitative technology for dynamic asset allocation. He has built a cross-disciplinary team of CAs, CFAs, statisticians, economists, CMTs, risk analysts, and Python programmers to deliver a blended quantamental approach. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and CFA Charterholder, and is frequently cited in CNBC TV18, ET Now, The Economic Times, Mint, Business Standard, Moneycontrol, Forbes, and the Financial Express. He was awarded the PMS Innovation Leader Award.

Dr. Punita Kumar Sinha has over 30 years of experience in investment management in emerging and international markets. She is the Founding Partner of Pacific Paradigm Advisors, USA, an independent investment advisory and management firm focused on Asia. She was a Senior Managing Director of Blackstone and the Chief Investment Officer of Blackstone Asia Advisors. She was the Senior Portfolio Manager and CIO for The India Fund (NYSE: IFN) — the largest India-focused fund in the US — for almost 15 years, and also managed The Asia Tigers Fund (NYSE: GRR) and The Asia Opportunities Fund. She has served on the boards of Infosys Limited, Fairfax India Fund, Blackstone Embassy REIT, JSW Steel Limited, and Lupin Limited. She is on the Board of Governors of the CFA Institute and has served as Chairperson of InCred AMC. She was brought in as Chairperson of PL Asset Management as part of the group's restructuring under Amisha Vora's leadership. She is a CFA Charterholder and PhD.

Amisha Vora is the Chairperson and Managing Director of the PL Capital Group and a board member across all PL Group entities. She is one of India's leading women entrepreneurs in the financial services sector. Her association with PL began in 2000 as Vice President – FII Sales. In 2006 she became Joint MD of the Group and acquired a 24% equity stake. She subsequently acquired majority control and now holds approximately 96% stake in the PL Group, becoming the sole owner following a buyout. She is a Chartered Accountant by qualification with over 35 years of capital markets experience. She is a member of the CII Capital Markets Committee (5 years) and serves on the board of the Association of Portfolio Managers of India (APMI). She is also an Independent Director on the Board of Prince Pipes and Fittings. She has received several prestigious awards including the Rashtriya Udyog Ratan Award for Corporate Leadership, the Annual Impact Creator Award from the Governor's office and Government of Maharashtra (2021), the Business Today Most Powerful Women in Business Award (2025), and the Jamnalal Bajaj Fair Business Practices Award (2024). She is a highly sought-after opinion maker in India's capital markets and is frequently featured in leading financial media.

Nupur Patel serves as a Director on the Board of PL Asset Management and is a member of its Investment Committee. She is part of the senior leadership driving the group's asset management and quantitative investing initiatives. She works closely with Siddharth Vora and the broader Investment Committee to oversee the PMS and AIF strategies.

Nilesh Vikamsey is President of the West India Council of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and an Independent Director at PNB Housing Finance Limited, Nippon Life India Trustee Limited (Chairman), Federal Bank, SBI Cards, and Allcargo Logistics Limited. He brings extensive experience in statutory audits, due diligence, and regulatory work with SEBI, RBI, NSE, and BSE. He serves on the Investment Committee of the PL Capital Performing Credit Fund (Category II AIF).

Rajnish Kumar is the former Chairman of State Bank of India (SBI), one of India's largest banks. He brings deep banking, credit markets, and regulatory expertise to the Investment Committee of the PL Capital Performing Credit Fund (Category II AIF). He is currently an independent director and advisor to several financial and corporate institutions.

Abizer Diwanji is a prominent financial services expert and former partner at Ernst & Young India (EY), where he led the Financial Services practice. He brings extensive experience in banking, credit, restructuring, and regulatory matters. He serves on the Investment Committee of the PL Capital Performing Credit Fund (Category II AIF).

Kapil Sachdeva is a member of the Investment Committee for the PL Capital Performing Credit Fund (Category II AIF) and a senior figure within the PL Capital Group's asset management and credit operations. He brings credit and financial markets expertise to the fund's governance structure.
