About

Pivot Ventures Trust is a Category I AIF registered with SEBI in March 2022, managed by Pivot Ventures LLP — a multi-family office investment platform based in Mumbai. Pivot Ventures is the coming together of third-generation large diversified business families and the office of a senior professional leader in India's largest digital and retail businesses. The platform was founded by Aditya Kedia, Managing Director of Kedia Global, a large third-generation diversified business group with holdings in healthcare, jewellery, financial services, and real estate, alongside Vikas Choudhury, a senior digital and media business leader who previously served as President at Reliance Jio. Pivot Ventures has built a portfolio of over 100 direct investments across India, Asia, and the USA — including 10+ unicorns, IPOs, and successful exits (InMobi, Myntra, Fractal Analytics, PolicyBazaar, Nazara Technologies, among others). The fund invests across stages and sectors, with a particular focus on high-growth technology and consumer platforms. Pivot Ventures is registered and licensed with SEBI, operating from its registered office at Mehta Mahal, Mathew Road, Opera House, Mumbai.

Aditya Kedia

Founding Partner

Aditya Kedia is a Founding Partner of Pivot Ventures and Managing Director of Kedia Global, a large third-generation diversified business group with investments in healthcare, jewellery, financial services, and real estate. He is also a Director of Vexxa Lifesciences, a cancer drug company operating across India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Laos. Aditya is also the SEBI-registered contact person for Pivot Ventures Trust.

Vikas Choudhury

Founding Partner

Vikas Choudhury is a Founding Partner of Pivot Ventures. He served as President at Reliance Jio (BSE:RIL), India's largest conglomerate in retail and digital platforms, where he led large businesses in telecom, media, and e-commerce. He was previously MD India of Aimia Inc. and a successful entrepreneur who built and sold businesses in technology, consumer marketing, and analytics. He is co-President of the Harvard Alumni Club of Mumbai.
