PGIM India Asset Management Private Limited (formerly DHFL Pramerica Asset Managers Pvt. Ltd., and before that Deutsche Asset Management India Pvt. Ltd.) is a SEBI-registered Portfolio Manager (INP000006952) and the Investment Manager of PGIM India Mutual Fund. Incorporated on 24 September 2008 and operational since 13 May 2010, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of PGIM — the global investment management arm of US-based Prudential Financial, Inc. (PFI). PGIM is among the world's top 10 global investment managers with over USD 1.4 trillion in AUM, operating in 17 countries across 39 offices with 1,300+ investment professionals. As of early 2025, PGIM India Mutual Fund manages over ₹27,000 crore in domestic mutual fund AUM across 29 schemes managed by a team of 18 investment professionals. In addition to domestic mutual funds, the firm offers Portfolio Management Services, Offshore Funds, and Alternative Investment Funds.
