Pavestone Advisors and Consultants LLP is a SEBI-registered Category I Alternative Investment Fund manager (SEBI Reg. Founded in 2021 by Sridhar Rampalli, Srikanth Tanikella and Laxmikanth V, Pavestone VC is a Hyderabad-based early and growth-stage technology-focused venture capital firm. In November 2024, Pavestone marked the final close of its maiden Pavestone Technology Fund at ₹816 crore (~USD 97 million), making it one of the largest first-time VC funds in India. The fund primarily invests in deeptech and enterprise tech sectors, targeting growth-stage startups across India. The team brings together expertise in venture capital, wealth management, banking, management consulting (McKinsey, Accenture), enterprise technology (Broadridge Financial, CAMS), and entrepreneurship.
Sridhar Balasubramanian

Sridhar Balasubramanian is a Founding Partner and Sponsor at Pavestone VC. He has over 30 years of global experience in international business, entrepreneurship, and investments. He is the Managing Director of Farmachem Private Limited, where he has built enduring partnerships between Indian Pharma Producers and international customers, specialising in business development and international sales strategy for small to mid-sized Indian pharmaceutical companies. He has been a strategic partner in the expansion strategy for several Indian healthcare companies into EU and CIS markets. He has been an integral part of Parampara Alternate Assets Fund both as an investor and Investment Committee member. He holds a B.E. from Anna University and a PGDM in International Business from IIFT Delhi.
Srikanth V J Tanikella
Managing Partner
Srikanth Tanikella is Managing Partner at Pavestone VC, with over 25 years of experience in leading business growth, organisational scale-up, and client engagement in global and domestic B2B outsourcing. Prior to founding Pavestone, he was COO of CAMS, where he oversaw the company's support of the Mutual Fund industry through a seven-year journey that included a more than three-fold AUM increase, rapid digitalisation, retail expansion, and numerous regulatory changes. He was a key member of the Group Management Committee and part of the leadership team that led to CAMS's successful IPO in 2020. He also served as director on the boards of CAMS Account Aggregator and CAMS KRA. Before CAMS, he was COO for India at Williams Lea (multinational supplier of business-critical services to advertising and investment banking industries) and was previously with HP in their Global Business Services team. He started his career at Accenture in Management Consulting, then joined Infosys BPO as part of the startup team, growing it to USD 250 million in seven years as part of the Global Enterprise Solution Sales team. He holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta.
Laxmikanth V
Managing Partner
Laxmikanth V is Managing Partner at Pavestone VC, with over 35 years of experience in global leadership in business strategy, sales, product and technical innovation, and mergers and acquisitions. As a pioneer of the Indian IT industry, over the last 15 years he was India MD and Member of the Global Executive Committee of Broadridge Financial Solutions. Prior to Broadridge, he established and grew India offices for global enterprises such as ADP, D.E. Shaw and Intergraph. He was a Member of the Investment Committee and an LP in Parampara Early-Stage Opportunities Fund. He is part of the NASSCOM GCC Council and has extensive experience building and supporting large-scale Enterprise grade products in SaaS models, setting up centres of excellence for AI/ML and Big Data, and supporting the innovation of Blockchain technology in India. He holds a Master's degree in Physics from Karnataka University.

Before joining Pavestone in 2022, he founded three circular economy manufacturing startups in rare earth and precious metals, oil well drilling, fertilizer, and pharmaceuticals — successfully exiting by selling technologies to large enterprises. He previously led product verticals for Karam Group, Uvex and Draeger, and the WPB SBU at L&T for over 11 years. He holds a B.Tech in Metallurgy and Material Science from NIT Nagpur and a Global MBA PGPMAX from the Indian School of Business (Dean's List medal for academic excellence).

Neetin Agrawal is a Principal at Pavestone VC, an IIT Madras and ISB alumnus with over 19 years of experience across startups, education, deep tech, and venture capital. Prior to joining Pavestone, he founded and scaled edtech ventures including DronStudy, and held leadership roles at Byju's and Toppr. As an active angel investor, he has backed startups across SaaS and deep tech. He has deep expertise in scaling ventures, product strategy, and investment thesis execution. Sai Manohar is Director – Finance and Investments at Pavestone VC, with over 10 years of experience in finance controllership, business partnering, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity funding. He has diverse exposure to e-commerce, IT&ITES, edtech and healthcare industries. Before joining Pavestone, he worked in startups including Practically and NephroPlus, where he played key roles in fundraising, investor relations, and M&A strategy. Shramay Jha is an investment professional at Pavestone VC with over 5 years of experience in Indian private markets. He has been an entrepreneur with two dorm room startups in education and fintech. He has prior experience handling portfolio support for India's largest cross-border accelerator, led market entry projects for a global consulting firm into India and China, and advised India's highest offices on investment policy and supported investments into Indian GPs as part of India's National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency.
